Customer Support Specialist with English (FinTech)

What would you do in this role:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
  • Assist with onboarding new users and guiding them through the setup process.
  • Help maintain and update help centre and internal knowledge base.
  • Flag recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes and tools.
  • Support the wider team with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.
What skills are needed:
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Basic understanding of fintech or interest in financial services is a strong advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer support or operations is helpful but not required.
