What would you do in this role:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
- Assist with onboarding new users and guiding them through the setup process.
- Help maintain and update help centre and internal knowledge base.
- Flag recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes and tools.
- Support the wider team with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of fintech or interest in financial services is a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in customer support or operations is helpful but not required.

- 5 days working week on schedule from Monday to Sunday -11:00-20:00
