For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – Customer Support Specialist with English (Day/Night Shifts/Hybrid Model).

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent support to users of the online platform, ensuring a positive experience;
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and social media, resolving issues effectively;
- Assist users with navigating the platform, managing their accounts, and using available
- Address concerns related to payments, identity verification, and security;
- Deliver prompt and accurate solutions to technical or service-related issues;
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach when assisting customers;
- Report software bugs, system errors, and technical issues to the relevant team for quick
- Offer detailed product information and guidance to improve user engagement.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written);
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Experience in customer support or a related field is a plus;
- Familiarity with payment processing, account security, or fraud prevention is a plus;
- Able to stay calm and professional with challenging customers;
- Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and in teams;
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
