Requirements:

• Proficiency in Dutch, German, or Polish at B2+ level
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• Strong computer literacy
• No previous experience in customer service is required

Your responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email regarding their inquiries about applications
• Provide friendly and professional assistance to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
