Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming contacts over email, phone, or live chat;
- Provide a fast, complete and friendly answer aligned;
- Always maintain a high level of professionalism;
- Demonstrate diplomacy and professionalism when handling escalated cases;
- Daily check on the relevant updates regarding our product and procedures.
- Advanced level of Dutch and English;
- Completed high school diploma;
- Full-time availability;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency;
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset;
