Customer Support Specialist with both Spanish and English (late shifts)
- *All interviews will be conducted remotely (online or by phone).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist users and clients in using the platform via email, chat, and phone communication.
- Provide support with online forms, application status updates, and registration to the system.
- Ensure the delivery of the highest level of customer service, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Follow company guidelines and policies while executing an organized, efficient, and structured working process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that clients may encounter while using the platform.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records of client inquiries and resolutions.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (C1 level proficiency in both languages).
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to maintain a positive attitude in all interactions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
