Your Role: We are currently on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our client’s expanding team. As a key player in this role, you will:

• Dive into a comprehensive, fully paid training program designed to equip you with everything you need to succeed.
• Engage with customers daily via phone, email, and chat, providing top-notch support.
• Tackle issues related to the company’s products with confidence and creativity.
• Use empathy and positive language to address client inquiries, ensuring a delightful customer experience.

What We’re Looking For: Success in this role is straightforward if you possess the following:

• Strong command of English (B2/C1 level) to ensure seamless communication.
• Availability to join the team on short notice.
• Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, rotating between two shifts: 10:00-19:00 and 11:00-20:00.
• A knack for representing our client’s products with clarity, passion, and enthusiasm.
• Solid computer skills—a must in today’s digital world!
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role? That’s a bonus, but not a dealbreaker.
