For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – Customer Support Representative for an Innovative Product with Slovak and English.

For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – Customer Support Representative for an Innovative Product with Slovak and English.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer support via chat, email, and phone;
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and product-related inquiries;
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions;
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively;
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by following company guidelines;
- Stay up to date with product updates and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Slovak speaker with very good English skills;
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in rotating shifts and handle multiple tasks efficiently;
- Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills is a plus;
- A proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
