ZenTeli Ltd. is a company based in Sofia, working directly with one of the largest bankruptcy law firms in the United States. The law firm assists thousands of clients facing financial difficulties in the states of Illinois, Georgia, and recently, Texas. With our growth in mind, we are seeking enthusiastic and talented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Agents.

• No overnight or weekend shifts

Only Monday-Friday, 15:00-00:00

Main responsibilities:

• Assisting clients of the law firm by providing information about their cases, answering their questions, and resolving their problems via telephone or email
• Collaborating closely with other team members and departments

Required skills:

• Fluency in English is a must - both written and spoken
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer literacy, specifically with MS Office
• Willingness and capacity to learn and develop
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
