Customer Success Management Analyst with German language
As a Customer Success Management Analyst, you will be part of the Microsoft DIS Global Sales team, leading the Acquire and Grow motion for support contracts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying upsell opportunities within our existing customer base and achieving sales revenue targets through outbound outreach. You will pitch the value proposition of our products to drive business adoption and will be accountable for maintaining and expanding client relationships.

You will pitch the value proposition of our products to drive business adoption and will be accountable for maintaining and expanding client relationships.
Spirit of the Role:
- Lead and manage customer engagements to consistently achieve revenue and consumption targets.
- Leverage best practices to guide customer strategy and growth, cultivating affinity for Microsoft solutions that drive business impact. Provide feedback on customer development needs, blockers, and mitigation strategies.
- Analyze customer usage versus business needs to identify gaps. Drive greater cloud and support consumption by delivering insights and tailored recommendations.
- Apply technical expertise and customer insights to develop modernization roadmaps. Architect scalable solutions that meet business and IT needs, ensuring technical viability and successful deployment.
- Conduct Architectural Design Sessions to create implementation plans aligned with customer goals and technical environments.
- Collaborate with Cloud Solution Architects and stakeholders—including FastTrack and Solution Assessments—to design and deliver Azure-based cloud solutions.
- 1+ years proven inside sales/sales experience
- Fluency in both German & English language
- Sales aptitude: exhibiting ability to empathize with customer and meet targets
- Proactively communicate to clients on progress and proactively identify areas where clients can improve on how they use our solutions
- Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business
- Bachelor's degree preferred
