Our client, a global leader in innovative technology solutions, is launching a new pilot project in Bulgaria and expanding its team with German-speaking professionals.

• Key Responsibilities:

Provide customer support and assistance (B2C or B2B) Communicate effectively in German and English Deliver high-quality service and resolve customer inquiries Support and advise clients on company products and solutions

• Candidate Requirements:

German: C1 level English: B1–B2 (B2 required for B2B role) Previous experience in customer service, technology, or account management is an advantage For the B2C profile, we also welcome candidates without prior experience but with excellent language skills

• Working Conditions:
