For our Commercial Department we are looking for
Customer Services Expert - Group Processes
Your responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the overall administration of contracts for the purchase, sale and processing of raw materials
- Additionally, you participate in optimization of work processes related to group projects and offer improvements in operational functions
- Furthermore, you maintain a database in SAP, with all parameters of purchases/deliveries
- In addition, you prepare reports on purchases, sales and processing fees for currency hedging, working closely with Finance, Logistics and Production
- Also, you seek continuous improvement in the accuracy of administration, efficiency and effectiveness of processes in the Commercial department
- In addition, you work in an international team of truly professionals on Aurubis Group level
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed your university degree in Economics, Logistics, Finance or International Economic Relations
- You have relevant professional experience or practical knowledge in foreign trade
- You have fluent language skills in English
- Commercial business understanding of company activities would be an advantage
- You are experienced in using the common MS Office tools, especially Excel. Experience with software like SAP, Tableau or other reporting tools would be an advantage
- You have strong analytical skills and organizational abilities
- You are an excellent communicator and you have high level of proactivity
