Customer Service Specialist with German

Customer Service Specialist with German
Key Responsibilities:
· Supports our network of clients in Germany regarding logistics matters
· Provides in time and accurate information regarding road transport shipments execution
· Understanding customers’ needs to be able to deliver the best solution for each of them in line with our key performance indicators
· Participates in solving problems that arise during shipments execution
· Maintains operational contacts with the company's counterparties such as – Sales and Forwarding teams
· Тracks and processes transport-related documents
· Performs other activities as per the requirements of the department
Requirements:
· Fluency in German and English language
· Good command in Bulgarian language would be considered as advantage
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Positive and people-oriented personality
· Ability to make effective decisions under pressure
· Previous experience in the transport & logistics sector would be considered as a strong advantage
