For a client of ours - an international production company - we are searching for a Customer Service Specialist.

Responsibilities:
- Supports the marketing and the sales departments in their everyday work
- Submits information to clients regarding the products the company is offering
- Keeps updated the (potential) clients’ and suppliers’ data base, including contracts, products, prices, etc.
- Processes the clients’ orders, including transport, if needed
- Controls the set terms for production and delivery
- Collects feedback from clients
- Supports the process of collection of accounts receivable
- Prepares various reports and analyses
Requirements:
- University degree
- Excellent level of English (both written and spoken), a second foreign language will be considered as an advantage
- Prior customer service/ sales experience (advantage)
- Prior experience with SAP (advantage)
- Very good communication skills
- Positive and proactive attitude to identify opportunities within challenges
- Collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills
