For our trusted client, international manufacturer, leader in the printing industry, we are looking for Customer Service Specialist to join the team

For our trusted client, international manufacturer, leader in the printing industry, we are looking for Customer Service Specialist to join the team
Your tasks/responsibilities:
- Transfers customer needs into service developments and innovation;
- Stays in daily contact with customers about orders, call-offs, shipments, warehousing, payments and any other service via e-mail and phone in alignment with account team;
- Processes customer inquiries, customer quotes, order confirmations and invoices;
- Coordinates and checks customer order and aligns with production (pre-)planning;
- Organizes and processes shipping and warehousing;
- Organizes and processes letters of credit and collections of overdue payments;
- Handles and organizes returns of claimed products
- Manage overproduction/leftover;
- Maintains ERP master data for customers, finished goods, transport zones and routes;
- Creates sales statistics for the management.
- University degree and economics degree is an advantage;
- Good command of spoken and written English necessary;
- Second foreign language will be considered as advantage;
- Good computer literacy and good knowledge of working with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel;
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, pragmatic and responsive approach in communication;
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while paying close attention to detail;
- Good team player with the ability to work quickly and accurately in a dynamic team;
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage;
- Experience in an multinational environment is an advantage;
