• Workplace – city of Sofia, Voenna Rampa, 119A “Iliantsi” Blvd. - company transport from Sofia Central Station to company’s offices and back;

- Daily communication with customers in relation to order fulfillment, price inquiries, stock availability etc;
- Reception and placement of orders in the system;
- Daily monitoring of orders and communication with Planning Department when an order is not ready on time
- Systemic preparation of orders and communication with Warehouse for picking and dispatch;
- Communication with Sales Department, Logistics Department and Warehouse regarding the order fulfilment and organization of deliveries to the customers;
- After-sales contacts with customers giving feedback regarding the resolution of complaints, claims, etc.;
- Notification of customers for financial obligations and credit/payment information;
- At least 1 year of professional experience in the customer service and/or sales field;
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
- MS Office (good knowledge of MS Excel) ;
- SAP Knowledge will be considered as an advantage;
- Oral and written English (B2) is a plus;
- Oral and written Bulgarian is a must;
