Spirit of the Role:
- Process mainly outbound calls with business customers
- Interact with customers via phone and email
- Educate customers how to upgrade their accounts
- Processing client's data
- In doing the above, follow detailed instructions as outlined in company documents
- For service level agreement in jeopardy, follow established escalation rules
What will make you stand out:
- Fluency in Italian
- Good level of English
- Previous customer service experience is a strong advantage
- Team player across boarders
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt to changing processes and strategy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills
- Results-driver with action orientation
