Customer Service Representative with German (Business clients)
Spirit of the Role:
- Process mainly outbound calls with business customers;
- Interact with customers via phone and email;
- Educate customers how to upgrade their accounts;
- Processing client's data;
- In doing the above, follow detailed instructions as outlined in company documents;
- For service level agreement in jeopardy, follow established escalation rules.
- Fluency in German;
- Good level of English;
- Previous customer service experience is a strong advantage;
- Team player across boarders;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to adapt to changing processes and strategy;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good time management skills;
- Results-driver with action orientation.
