We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client, a well-established international company in the digital marketing and SEO services industry. This is a fully remote position, and we are looking for someone with excellent English communication skills to join their team.

In this role, you will serve as the link between English-speaking clients and the operational team based in Bulgaria. Your responsibilities will include ensuring smooth communication, accurate coordination, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and support communication in English.
• Coordinate requests, order details, and follow-ups between international clients and internal teams.
• Review order information and perform consistency and quality checks.
• Follow up on delayed requests, missing information, and client updates.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with both clients and colleagues.
• Support smooth day-to-day operational processes in a remote environment.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English (near-native level).
• Previous experience in customer support, customer service, account coordination, or client communication in English.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote setup.
• Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
• Stable professional background and motivation for long-term development.
