As a Customer Service Representative, you will be joining a great team of young, inspired, and motivated persons. The only requirement is to present our company in the best possible way for our lovely clients, challenge and prove yourself! We are working on the US market.
1. Your role:
- Handling international outgoing and incoming calls in a timely manner.
- Proactive communication with customers, colleagues, and other departments.
- Verifying the request details with customers and follow-up to its completion
- Working on customers’ escalations
- Reacting to customers’ requests promptly and in a professional manner
- Timely elevating and/or escalates complex issues
- Meeting deadlines
2. About you:
- Minimum B2 level of English - verbal and written
- Ability to work different shifts - (including night shifts and weekends)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Great communication skills, flexible, reliable, and loyal
- Good computer literacy
- Previous working experience in the customer service field is considered a big advantage
