For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Customer Service Expert with Czech or Slovak or Azerbeidjan and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via calls, emails, or chats in a friendly and clear way;
• Resolve basic product, service, or order inquiries quickly and professionally;
• Escalate complex cases to the right teams when needed;
• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions;
• Suggest relevant products or services when appropriate.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Czech, Slovak, or Azerbaijani and good English;
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset;
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems;
• Organized, able to multitask, and stay calm under pressure;
• Customer service or call center experience is a plus.
