Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist with customer questions and concerns;
• Provide real-time updates on flights and baggage tracking;
• Explain fares, discounts, and special offers clearly;
• Handle issues efficiently and professionally over the phone;
• Follow company guidelines while ensuring top-quality support;
• Build trust and positive experiences through great communication.

Qualifications:

• Some experience in customer service or call centers is a plus;
• Confident English speaker with good communication skills;
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure;
• Friendly, solution-oriented, and eager to help;
• Comfortable using digital tools and support systems;
• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable with every caller.
