**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us.

- *Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, chat, and other channels in a professional and timely manner
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with patience and empathy, providing accurate information and effective solutions
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate assistance
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company database
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including quality standards and customer satisfaction goals
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- *Requirements and Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong command of English, French and/or Arabic
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and in challenging situations
- Outstanding active listening skills and attention to detail
- Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers
