For one of our clients - a global leader in business process outsourcing, focused on efficiency and outstanding client experiences, we are looking for – Customer Relationship Expert with German or Dutch or Danish or Greek.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and occasionally video calls;
• Assist with money transfer inquiries, ensuring accurate solutions or proper escalation;
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective responses;
• Build strong communication with B2B partners and clients while representing the company;
• Maintain accurate case records and follow company policies and workflows.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German, Dutch, Danish or Greek, with strong spoken and written skills;
• Good command of English for internal communication, training, and documentation;
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus;
• Confident user of digital platforms, CRM systems, and basic troubleshooting tools;
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
