For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Customer Relationship Expert with Czech or Polish or Hungarian and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat;
• Provide accurate information about products and services to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through solutions;
• Maintain clear and professional communication at all times;
• Log and track customer interactions using internal systems;
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer requests efficiently.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Czech or Polish, or Hungarian and very good English;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Basic technical knowledge and ability to learn new tools quickly;
• Experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage;
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment;
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
