For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Customer Operations Coordinator with Danish or Finnish or Norwegian or Slovak.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly and efficient support to customers via email, chat, or phone;
• Provide clear information and basic help with non-technical questions;
• Record and manage customer interactions accurately in the system;
• Escalate complex cases to the right team when needed;
• Follow up on open issues to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Stay informed about products, services, and company updates.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Slovak, plus good English skills;
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not essential;
• Excellent communication and people skills;
• Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems;
• Calm, patient, and professional under pressure;
• Flexible with shifts and ready to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
