For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Customer Operations Coordinator with Danish or Finnish or Norwegian or Slovak.

For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Customer Operations Coordinator with Danish or Finnish or Norwegian or Slovak.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly and efficient support to customers via email, chat, or phone;
- Provide clear information and basic help with non-technical questions;
- Record and manage customer interactions accurately in the system;
- Escalate complex cases to the right team when needed;
- Follow up on open issues to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Stay informed about products, services, and company updates.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Slovak, plus good English skills;
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not essential;
- Excellent communication and people skills;
- Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems;
- Calm, patient, and professional under pressure;
- Flexible with shifts and ready to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
