We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Marketing Manager for a renowned international FMCG company. The role involves developing sales strategies per customer/channel aligned with the company's objectives.
You will independently prepare analytics, presentations, reports, and recommendations using all available data to aid customer/channel development. Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating on projects with Marketing and Sales teams to shape brand strategy and create customer-centric plans.
- Developing customer/category insights for tailored business planning and competitive advantage.
- Managing and integrating extensive data and applying knowledge across the business.
- Defining indicators through custom scorecards with monthly follow-up vs. targets.
- Crafting custom 4P strategies and tactics for each chain.
- Contributing to customer/category growth through promotions evaluation.
- Analyzing customer positions and recommending store actions in collaboration with the KAM team.
- Coordinating brand/multi-brand concepts and projects within MT customers/Convenience Channel.
- Monitoring sell-out data for market trends and providing findings for future plans.
- Supporting the Sales team with Trade Stories, Business Reviews, Joint Plans, and Workshops.
- Following up on Category Management projects and tools used.
- Minimum 3 years of FMCG experience in CM/TM/Sales Coordination or Management.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related subject.
- Fluency in English.
- Advanced Category Management skills and retail market knowledge.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and presentations.
- Experience with Nielsen data.
- Strong commercial understanding of sales and marketing strategy.
- Analytical skills to develop measurable strategies and tactics.
- Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated.
