As a Customer Experience Advisor you will be part of a young international team of passionate professionals and your common goal will be to:

Provide exceptional customer experience and create a positive relationship with the customers through answering questions, resolving issues, and making personalized product recommendations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Act as the voice of the company, servicing our customers on live chat, phones, email, and social media
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect by listening and offering creative solutions
• Share customer feedback and information with other team members in order to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience
• Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture

Basic Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Czech
• At least 1 year of previous experience in Customer Service/Customer Support or a similar role
• Diligence and commitment to following through and resolving problems
• Initiative and ability to self manage
• Ability to build effective relationships
• A fast learner, familiar and comfortable with technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication
