Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with customers exclusively in German via phone and email.
• Handling customer inquiries accurately
• Ensuring consistent and professional service quality
• Working in a hybrid model (office and home)
• Participation in fully paid initial training

Requirements:

• Fluent German (C1 level or higher)
• Professional attitude and strong sense of responsibility
• Customer-oriented approach
• English is not required
• Previous experience is not required
