For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – Customer Care Expert for an Advanced Personal Device with Azerbaijani (early and day shifts/remote).

For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – Customer Care Expert for an Advanced Personal Device with Azerbaijani (early and day shifts/remote).
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by providing clear guidance and solutions for any issues related to the
- Handle customer inquiries through various channels (chat, email, phone) with a focus on
- Diagnose and troubleshoot device-related issues, offering effective solutions to enhance user
- Keep comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring follow-ups and
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall
- Stay informed about the latest product features, updates, and best practices to ensure optimal
Qualifications:
- Native Azerbaijani speaker with fluent English communication skills;
- Previous experience in a customer support or technical assistance role is a plus;
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to managing inquiries;
- Ability to work remotely and flexibly during early and day shifts;
- Good technical knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about personal devices and
- Team-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a proactive attitude towards customer
