For one of our clients - a premium BPO provider specializing in outstanding customer support and optimized business services worldwide, we are looking for a Customer Care Agent with Hebrew or Croatian or Slovenian or German.

For one of our clients - a premium BPO provider specializing in outstanding customer support and optimized business services worldwide, we are looking for a Customer Care Agent with Hebrew or Croatian or Slovenian or German.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for innovative products, offering technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance;
- Identify client needs, develop strategies, and recommend solutions to both customers and
- Assist customers with product replacements, repairs, or restarts when issues occur;
- Deliver technical expertise to support sales objectives and enhance customer satisfaction;
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve products and streamline support processes.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Hebrew, Croatian, Slovenian, or German (C1) and English (B2);
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of product functionality;
- Patience and ability to guide customers through technical troubleshooting;
- Experience in customer support, ideally with technical products;
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
