A job that matters: Your Tasks
- Act as professional dormakaba representative and aim to create an outstanding customer experience
- Handle customer inquiries regarding dormakaba products and services, provide accurate and timely information
- Help customers with choice of products, create/distribute quotations, and place/follow up orders
- Address and resolve customer complaints and handle claims or disputes efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with questions related to warranty and contract entitlements, ensuring they understand their rights and benefits
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints and resolutions
- Support Sales, including KAM, plan execution, help to develop and increase sales
An experience that matters: Your Skills
- Experience in Customer Support or Sales
- Administration, Sales, Customer Service or similar experience
- Fluent English
- Business and sales skills
