Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers via phone and email with professionalism and care;
• Deliver quick, accurate, and customer-focused solutions;

• Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction;
• Work closely with colleagues to continuously improve the customer journey.

Requirements:

• Fluent Slovenian and good Croatian and English skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset;
• Ability to stay organized and perform well in a fast-paced environment;
• Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit.
