We’re seeking a hands-on crypto operations expert who can drive execution, improve process maturity, and bridge the gap between product, compliance, support, and finance. This is not a dispatcher role. It requires deep understanding, independent drive, and structured action—across both recurring operations and evolving business needs. You will own key parts of the crypto client lifecycle, ensure operational readiness across departments, and support internal coordination to enable scalable, secure delivery of crypto services.

Primary responsibilities (not limited to)

• Track and improve client-facing processes across onboarding, crypto deposits, rebalances, and support escalations.
• Follow up on unresolved operational cases and push for resolution across relevant stakeholders.
• Drive task tracking, SLA alignment, and ownership across Financial Crime Compliance, Treasury Ops, Client Money, and Support.
• Train and enable internal departments on crypto-specific workflows and system behavior.
• Define and monitor crypto-relevant KPIs across business operations.
• Own and maintain an organized SharePoint structure with updated documentation, workflows, and SOPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master's in computer science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of crypto operations, asset flows, wallets, and custody.
• Proactive, structured working style with strong documentation habits.
• English C1+ fluency and excellent coordination skills.

Nice to have

• ⁠Experience with trade settlement across OTC, CEX, and DeFi.
• SQL or data query skills are a strong plus.
• Familiarity with coding for automation (e.g., Python).
