The main responsibilities for the position are:

  • Build new and support existing CRM processes , running in various channels;
  • Support CRM processes for individual customers and SBB;
  • Optimize processes related to sales, customer service, portfolio and segment management;
  • Working with various stakeholders, manage development pipeline and prioritize requirements;
  • Responsible for the team – support, train and allocate tasks.
Overall responsibility for the coordination including:
  • Create and support the data architecture in Salesforce;
  • Support and bug fixing of the data load processes;
  • Create and support reports in Salesforce;
  • Create and support processes in Salesforce Core and salesforce marketing cloud;
  • Design campaign journeys;
  • Identify and create triggers and events in the customer behavoiur and product usage that will be used for personalization;
  • Design and run experiments in order to create the best campaign flow;
  • Support management reporting and ad-hoc reporting for Retail;
  • Work with DWH, PowerBI, SAP Business objects;
  • Design process automations.
The appropriate candidates must fulfill the following criteria :
  • Experience with Salesforce products / Salesforce Financial services cloud, Salesforce Marketing cloud / certificate is a plus;
  • 5+ years in banking, preferably positions related to data architecture design, data engineering, analytics or process management;
  • Familiar with analytical CRM concepts;
  • Very good command in SQL;
  • Experience with a BI tool, such as PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView or similar;
  • Creative approach towards process mapping.
