Reporting to the Customer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of the global customer engagement strategy. The main responsibilities of the role will include campaign planning and the creation and optimisation of all campaigns – keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do.
You will be tasked with transforming our CRM campaigns by applying personalisation, targeted segmentation, and dynamic content. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and creative thinking. You will be naturally analytical, ensuring a high level of quality assurance, testing and reporting across all campaigns. Attention to detail, team collaboration and strong project management skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns in conjunction with the customer engagement calendar, product launches and key business initiatives.
- QA campaigns, ensuring exceptional attention to detail and proactively advising on process improvements.
- Own end to end campaign management - briefing design and content, coordinating translations, trafficking assets, building templates, segments and channels.
- Manage timelines effectively to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Be a key player within the CM team, understanding how your campaign work impacts the overall customer journey - ensuring messaging makes sense, the customer journey is relevant/of value and content and design are sharp and concise.
- Define and implement advanced segmentation to leverage personalised marketing and ensure compliance with data regulations.
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
- Implement A/B testing, control groups, and campaign personalisation.
- Ensure that any issues with our CRM platform or comms are escalated efficiently.
- Stay up to date with industry tools, trends, and best practices and recommend innovative approaches to enhance engagement.
- Work on any other reasonable task required by your manager.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- 1+ years of experience working with one or more CRM platforms (Braze, SFMC or similar)
- Experience developing campaigns across multiple marketing channels (email, in-app messaging, push notifications, content cards)
- Understanding of all core CRM and Retention Marketing KPIs
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Self-starter that can take the initiative and be proactive
- Customer-centric with a solid foundation in core marketing principles
- Proactive and clear communicator
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Proficient using Microsoft Office
- Naturally curious - staying on top of latest CRM, technical and competitive trends
- Passionate about customer engagement - nothing is sent out unless it is Tradu worthy
- Excellent written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a regulated industry (finance, insurance, etc.)
- Familiarity with HTML for email or email design best practices.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or another data analytics platform
