In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of the CRM strategy for the Sportsbook and Casino products across multiple channels, for creating high engagement in all channels and for driving upwards the number of active players, retention and reactivation.

Curently we are looking for CRM Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of the CRM strategy for the Sportsbook and Casino products across multiple channels, for creating high engagement in all channels and for driving upwards the number of active players, retention and reactivation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive data-driven CRM strategy in collaboration with the management team, taking into account local market specifics and competition
- Plan and develop monthly CRM plan with targeted campaigns and onsite promotions
- Manage the preparation of campaigns and promotions, including briefs for copywriters and graphic designers, compilation of Terms and Conditions, creation of email/sms/inbox templates, customer segmentation and actual execution
- Setup of bonus mechanics and testing to ensure their smooth running
- Perform campaign post-analysis and reporting to optimize ROI and costs
- Manage the content on the website (banners, texts, order of casino games, etc)
- Ensure all content is accurate, clear and compelling and all campaigns are being executed correctly
- Close coordination with Customer Support team to provide transparency and visibility on existing campaigns and resolve complaints/requests
Requirements:
- Knowledge and understanding of the online gaming industry
- Previous experience on CRM position or similar within the online gaming industry is essential
- Good knowledge of CRM communication channels: email / sms / push notifications – experience in email marketing is desirable
- Attention to detail and ability to effectively plan tasks to meet deadlines
- Fluent English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Basic HTML/CSS skills are highly regarded
