YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Executes various Direct Marketing campaigns via all relevant channels, including development, content, targeting and testing to deployment;
- Maintains the CRM marketing calendar and makes recommendations based on best practices;
- Builds, monitors and improves Customers journeys such as On-boarding Journey, Churn and Reactivation journey etc.;
- Initiates, pilot and evaluates fresh campaign ideas;
- Prepares, launches, tests (A/B) and evaluates campaigns;
- Works with databases and customer segmentation, provides relevant targeting combined with relevant reporting and creative processing;
- Supports marketing planning process;
- Analyses the impact of targeting and implements tools for its ongoing optimization;
- Owns the CRM results & KPIs in given segment;
- Regularly analyses the performance of campaigns and suggests adjustments in their settings to maximize results, incl. ROI;
- Creates and updates standardized reports to support marketing team and management decision making.
- 2+ years of CRM experience and e-mail marketing, with demonstrated experience in building, deploying and optimizing campaigns;
- Experience with CRM systems and Campaign management tools;
- Strong background in digital marketing, knowledge of online and/or multi-channel retail/FMCG environment is an advantage;
- Technical understanding of Databases, CMS and basic HTML-skills are beneficial;
- Good understanding of the digital environment overall;
- Pro-active attitude with a strive for continuous learning and professional development;
- Proven analytical and organizational skills with attention to details and ability to set priorities while multitasking under pressure;
- Fluent written and spoken English.
