We are looking for a CRM Associate on behalf of one of our clients - an international firm of business consultants and accountants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively research potential clients, intermediaries, and contacts using internet searches, LinkedIn, company websites, public registries, and other open sources, and systematically populate the CRM with these details
- Populate and enrich CRM records with names, roles, contact details, company information, and relationship notes, ensuring data is complete, accurate, and well-structured
- Support the setup, customization, and maintenance of the company’s CRM system
- Segment and manage client and prospect data to enable targeted outreach and performance reporting
- Collaborate with accounting and client services teams to align CRM workflows and ensure key meeting outcomes and next steps are captured in the system
- Track and report on CRM usage, data quality, and pipeline activity, including identifying gaps in data and proposing actions to fill them
- Take part in regular planning sessions - both remote and in-person
- Supporting the team in LinkedIn publications and posts
- Develop a thorough understanding of the firm’s business lines and service offering across divisions
- Propose and help execute targeted marketing strategies to support business development and client acquisition
- Collaborate proactively on creation, maintenance, and distribution of marketing materials
Qualifications:
- Strong ability to search the internet and other public sources (e.g., LinkedIn, company registries, industry directories) to identify relevant contacts and extract key details efficiently
- Familiarity with CRM tools — or strong interest in developing CRM expertise
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and confident working independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally to London for team meetings
- English fluency required- Italian or other languages are a plus
Preferred Background:
- 2 years of experience in CRM support, administration, research, or a related field
- Degree or diploma in Business, Communications, Administration, or a related field
- Genuine interest in the accounting and tax industry
