We are seeking a Credit Risk Analyst with English to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Working in a hybrid model, you will ensure effective credit management our customers for renewable energy products, ensuring top-tier customer service and swift problem resolution.
This role reports to the Support Team Lead and focuses on consulting on credit issues to customers and escalating complex issues when needed.
The ability to commit to several days of work each week in the TTEC Sofia, Bulgaria office and work at home other days

What would you be doing?
- Monitor customer accounts for timely payments and reconciliations.
- Document and communicate collections of past due items via various channels.
- Research and respond to inquiries about credit holds and account statuses.
- Collaborate with sales and tech support for effective credit management.
- Escalate credit/collection discrepancies as needed.
- Prepare reports and participate in Credit & Accounts Receivable meetings.
- Analyze financial data to assess customer creditworthiness and set limits.
- Approve and monitor order releases to manage overdue risk.
- Prepare cash collection forecasts.
- Foster positive customer relationships to enhance service quality.

What we’re looking for:
- 6 months experience in customer service, back office administration, or collections
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical skills, responsiveness, and results orientations
- Attention to detail
- Analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and strong organizational skills.
