As an Inventory & Cost Accountant, you will manage end-to-end inventory accounting for assigned entities within the SSC, ensuring accurate IFRS/statutory accounting, product costing, inventory valuation (FIFO/LCM), GR/IR management, and adjustments, while meeting SLAs, internal controls, and closing timelines to support efficient processes and high-quality financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end inventory accounting, month-end close, and account reconciliations;
• Reconcile GR/IR, resolve discrepancies, and support product costing;
• Execute internal controls, ensure compliance, and support audits;
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance teams;
• Strong SAP (CO, MM, FI, material ledger, GR/IR, costing), Excel, and analytical skills;
• Support process improvements, SSC optimization, and global accounting policies.

Who We're Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years experience in Inventory/Cost Accounting and SAP;
• Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, statutory reporting, and inventory controls;
• Fluent English plus one additional language (German or French).
