• Fulltime role with working shifts between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday - Sunday
• Competitive salary of 3 600 BGN gross with monthly performance-based bonuses

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-touch customer care to business travelers for flights, hotels, and train travel.
• Ensure travelers have a seamless experience, allowing them to focus on their business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in German and English.
• A proactive team player with great organizational and decision-making skills.
• Active listener who is eager to learn and navigate new systems used in the travel industry
