For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – Corporate Travel Advisor with German and English.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage corporate travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, and transportation);
• Provide travel solutions that align with clients' corporate policies and preferences;
• Offer recommendations for cost-effective and time-efficient travel options;
• Handle travel bookings, changes, and cancellations;
• Assist with any travel-related issues or emergencies;
• Build and maintain strong client relationships;
• Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken);
• Experience in the travel, airline, hospitality, or similar industry is a plus;
• Knowledge of Travel GDS Systems - as Amadeus, Galileo, etc. - is a strong advantage;
• Good typing and computer MS Office skills;
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
• Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service;
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
