Our client, a prestigious and well-established commercial enterprise, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated sales coordinator to join their dynamic team.
Role Overview The sales coordinator serves as a key support to the Manager, facilitating seamless collaboration with contractors, vendors and clients while ensuring operational efficiency within the company. This role is pivotal in maintaining clear communication channels, streamlining administrative processes, and contributing to the overall strategic objectives of the organization.

- Maintain comprehensive records of key partnerships, contracts, and correspondence.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and meeting materials for executive reviews.
- Assist in drafting and refining business proposals, quotations, and contractual agreements.
- Oversee contract timelines, ensuring proactive follow-ups with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments—including finance, real estate, and marketing—to enhance cross-functional collaboration.
- Foster a cohesive and communicative work environment that aligns with the company’s strategic goals.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for optimization.
- Contribute to the preparation of analytical sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations for both internal leadership and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely issuance of invoices to partners while maintaining meticulous financial records.
- Track outstanding payments, proactively addressing discrepancies and overdue accounts.
- Manage tax obligations and financial reporting in compliance with local and national regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to strict payment deadlines to mitigate financial risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support budget planning and implement cost-effective strategies to drive financial efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client relations, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAP is highly advantageous.
- Strong command of English in a professional business context.
