HEC Solar engineers and executes solar power plants around the world. Since 2012, we have participated in the construction of more than 100 solar power plants with total capacity of over 3 GWp on 5 continents. Hec Solar offers key energy solutions to its clients who wish to invest in or to develop, solar installations on vast land plots or rooftops. - Main responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation, organisation, and maintenance of project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and technical specifications;
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings, take meeting minutes, and ensure that follow-up actions are tracked and completed;
- Document Management: Maintain and manage project documentation, ensuring that all records are up to date and easily accessible to the project management team;
- Logistical Coordination: Assist in the coordination of materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and subcontract services necessary to support construction activities;
- Track inventory and maintain supply levels to ensure uninterrupted operations;
- Reporting: Assist in generating project progress reports, tracking work activities, and communicating updates to the project management team;
- Maintain and update project schedules and timelines;
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for site personnel, subcontractors, and stakeholders to relay project-related information and updates;
- Resource Management: Collaborate with the Site Manager to ensure efficient utilisation of staff and resources;
- Safety Compliance: Support safety initiatives and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- The successful profile:
- Willing to work on construction sites of solar power plants in Europe for long secondment periods of 4 months or more without interruption on a project basis;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
- Proficiency in German or English;
- Previous experience in an administrative or project support role, ideally within the construction or renewable energy industry;
- MS Office (command of Excel and Project) and Google Workplace;
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations is beneficial.
