The Coordinator on Site plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and organized operation of our solar power park construction project. This role is primarily focused on administrative tasks and supporting the project management team to keep operations running smoothly. In addition, the Technical assistant on Site should be prepared for intensive travel abroad.

The Coordinator on Site plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and organized operation of our solar power park construction project. This role is primarily focused on administrative tasks and supporting the project management team to keep operations running smoothly. In addition, the Technical assistant on Site should be prepared for intensive travel abroad.
Main responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and technical specifications;
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings, take meeting minutes, and ensure that follow-up actions are tracked and completed;
- Document Management: Maintain and manage project documentation, ensuring that all records are up to date and easily accessible to the project management team;
- Logistical Coordination: Assist in the coordination of materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and subcontract services necessary to support construction activities;
- Track inventory and maintain supply levels to ensure uninterrupted operations;
- Reporting: Assist in generating project progress reports, tracking work activities, and communicating updates to the project management team;
- Maintain and update project schedules and timelines;
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for site personnel, subcontractors, and stakeholders to relay project-related information and updates;
- Resource Management: Collaborate with the Site Manager to ensure efficient utilization of staff and resources;
- Safety Compliance: Support safety initiatives and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
The successful profile:
- Proficiency in English (other European Union languages considered a strong advantage);
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
- Previous experience in an administrative or project support role, ideally within the construction or renewable energy industry;
- MS Office (command of Excel and Project) and Google Workplace;
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations is beneficial.
