YOUR ROLE:
We're looking for a Conversion Optimisation Expert to drive measurable improvements across our conversion funnels. You'll work across our full product portfolio, partnering closely with PPC and product teams to turn traffic into leads and leads into customers.
This is a senior, data-driven role where you'll bring deep expertise in experimentation and optimisation. You'll define strategic testing roadmaps, design and run sophisticated experiments, and implement changes that deliver real business impact. We need someone who can work autonomously, move quickly when opportunities arise, and bring best-in-class CRO practices to our organisation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead conversion optimisation efforts across our full product portfolio;
- Analyse user behaviour and conversion data to identify high-impact optimisation opportunities;
- Develop strategic testing roadmaps and prioritise hypotheses based on data insights and business value;
- Design, execute, and analyse A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and personalisation initiatives;
- Partner with PPC teams to optimise landing pages, ad funnels, and campaign conversion flows;
- Collaborate with product teams to improve onboarding, upgrade, and checkout experiences;
- Implement, configure, and manage conversion tracking, behaviour analytics, and testing tools;
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor conversion performance and experiment results;
- Share insights and recommendations across teams, contributing to broader marketing and product strategy;
- Stay ahead of CRO trends, tools, and methodologies, bringing new ideas and approaches to the team.
- 3+ years of experience in conversion rate optimisation, growth marketing, or a related analytical role;
- Deep hands-on expertise with behaviour and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Clarity, Mixpanel, or similar);
- Extensive experience with A/B testing platforms (such as VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty, or similar);
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, experiment design, and significance testing;
- Proven ability to quickly implement and adapt tools, tracking setups, and testing frameworks as business needs change;
- Track record of delivering measurable conversion improvements for lead generation and ecommerce flows;
- Strategic thinker who can balance quick wins with longer-term optimisation initiatives;
- Excellent collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with PPC, product, and development teams;
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of CRO as a discipline;
- Fluent English.
