For one of our clients - a leading company in the BPO industry, delivering high-quality outsourced customer experience and business process solutions across global markets, we are looking for – Contact Center Associate with German or Slovenian or Dutch or Turkish.

For one of our clients - a leading company in the BPO industry, delivering high-quality outsourced customer experience and business process solutions across global markets, we are looking for – Contact Center Associate with German or Slovenian or Dutch or Turkish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer support through email, chat, and phone communication channels;
- Help users with product setup, basic troubleshooting, and general inquiries in a professional and friendly way;
- Guide customers in understanding product features and functionalities to ensure a seamless user experience;
- Redirect more complex technical cases to the appropriate internal teams when needed;
- Accurately record customer interactions in the internal system;
- Stay informed about product updates and new features to provide reliable and up-to-date support.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German, Slovenian, Dutch, or Turkish, along with good English communication skills;
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with a genuine customer-first attitude;
- Interest in technology and digital products, with willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge;
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory;
- Ability to stay organized, multitask, and perform well in a fast-paced environment;
- Team-oriented mindset and motivation to grow within an international and supportive team.
