You will be responsible for defining priorities, managing budgets, and ensuring that all our initiatives deliver measurable business results. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & CRM, you will be a key player in aligning our local commercial objectives with global guidelines.
What you’ll do:
- Strategic Leadership: Support the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy, ensuring all channels are prioritized effectively.
- Financial Stewardship: Own the marketing budget, optimizing costs while maximizing ROI for every initiative.
- Campaign Activation: Translate business objectives like traffic and sales into actionable local campaigns, consumer activations, and events.
- Collaborative Growth: Work closely with creative, media, and digital agencies, as well as influencers and content creators, to amplify our brand relevance.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with mall management, brand partners, and the CRM team to drive loyalty and joint promotions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, using data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve our effectiveness.
- Localization: Adapt and create marketing materials that resonate with the local market while staying true to global brand standards.
What you’ll bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 6-8 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within retail, sports, or FMCG.
- Expertise: A deep understanding of multi-channel marketing, brand management, and consumer behavior.
- Skills: Strong project management abilities with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages: Fluency in both English and Bulgarian.
