For one of our clients, an established international manufacturer and innovation leader in the consumer appliances industry, we are looking for a Connected Products Manager (IoT) to lead the strategy and development of the company's connected products ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the end-to-end connected products strategy across mobile apps, white-label solutions, and third-party ecosystems (Matter, Google Home, Alexa, Apple Home)
• Develop the connected products roadmap and drive new connectivity features and product enhancements
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between R&D, IT, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and external technology partners
• Manage vendor relationships, platform integrations, and ecosystem partnerships
• Define KPIs, monitor platform performance, user engagement, and customer experience
• Ensure cybersecurity, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and ecosystem certifications
• Oversee post-launch operations, including app releases, incident management, and continuous platform improvements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, IoT, Connected Products, or Mobile Platforms, including at least 2 years in a product or project management role
• Strong understanding of IoT ecosystems, cloud platforms, APIs, embedded systems, and connectivity standards such as Matter
• Experience with white-label IoT platforms (e.g. Tuya) and third-party integrations
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendors
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles (OWASP, secure architecture) and data privacy
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Certifications such as PMP, Agile, AWS/Azure, or CISSP are considered an advantage
