For one of our clients - a global bottling company that produces and distributes a variety of beverages across many countries, we are looking for – Conflict Specialist - Shared Services with German and English (Hybrid).

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer and internal inquiries related to disputes in a timely and professional manner;
• Support smooth execution of dispute processes within the Shared Services environment;
• Maintain accurate records and provide necessary documentation using tools like SAP;
• Collaborate with different teams to resolve issues and ensure a great customer experience.
• Assist with process documentation and suggest small improvements where possible;
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and escalate complex cases when needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing university education in a relevant field;
• Very good command of English and German (written and spoken);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset;
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced, international environment;
• Basic organizational and time management abilities;
• Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving approach.
